Feeding hundreds, defeating the hunger.
We have fed more than 800 people taking habitat in slum areas and we were able to conduct 9 food drives since September 2019.
What is the need for this program?
There is no doubt in the saying that education gives wings to children. Think of a bird who always dreamy of flying, who had the most potential and will to work for it. The only thing that is stopping her is being wingless.u003cbru003eIt is sad that education is a luxury for these kids. There so many children out there who are ready to work hard. Who are ready to give their best in education and who’s always been ready to give up anything for getting a subtle education, the problem being they should have something to give it up in the first place.

The moment you start seeing ‘food two times a day’ as a thing in the list of some people’s wishes, you’ll realize the privilege that lies in your hands and the opportunity of helping those in need.
It’s funny how rich people plan for three generations, and poor people for Saturday night. We think we’ve said this to too many people already but feeding people will always be a holy task.
Team Jazba distributed food for the first time on 8th September 2019 in JJ colonies of Shrinivaspuri.to more than 60 people. After that sweets were also distributed near Diwali because everyone has a right to celebrate festivals. Diwali is the most auspicious Indian festival but if every single person who buys a ton of crackers, new clothes, and jewelry decides to donate even 10% of their whole spending then a hell lot of people will sleep with full bellies and a smile on their face. Followed by these 2 food drives were organized in our second adopted slum area in Lodhi Colony.

Gaming for Cause
Recently we’ve launched a new project ‘Gaming for Cause’ in which we organize online tournaments of Ludo and PubG every week to raise money. The money raised by 1 Ludo match helps us in feeding a person and similarly by a squad in PubG. Uptill now Jzba has successfully conducted over 10 matches and conducted 2 food drives with the amount raised by the same. We’ve planned the whole project in a way so that people can do what pleases their heart, win more money than they invested, and contribute to feeding the underprivileged people.

Do you know 15% of the Indian population every night sleeps hungry? 194 million Indians are undernourished.
An issue which hardly finds its place in media reports, But we won’t stay silent! Being the privileged youth of the country it is our responsibility to work for the betterment of underprivileged and these reasons are enough to enrage our NGO in launching the campaign of EACH ONE FEED ONE- If EACH ONE of you FEED ONE of the underprivileged then the figures you just read can move down to nil. We are doing our turn of humanity, now it’s your turn!
